My name is Lindsay Harrison; I have two sons who both attended Devonshire Infant School. I became a parent governor back in December 2009 when my eldest son was in year 2 and just before my youngest started in year R. I trained as a primary school teacher but am currently working as a children’s community nurse.

I enjoy being a governor as it allows me to give back to the school that got my boys off to such a fantastic start and instilled in them a love of learning.
